1. Do you ship outside the USA?

No. We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required. This applies to all U.S. addresses, including PO boxes.

3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–8 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order is on its way.

4. Do you offer expedited shipping?

Currently, we only offer standard free shipping. We are working on adding expedited options in the future—stay tuned!

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), along with PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

6. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also track your order from your account page if you created one during checkout.

7. Can I change or cancel my order?

We start processing your order right away, so changes or cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of placing it. Please email us at support@liebelove.store as quickly as possible.

8. What is your return policy?

No, we’re an online-only store proudly based in the USA.
